If you have trouble sticking to a diet or exercise plan but still want to improve your health, this is the place for you! This is a place for “the rest of us” perfectly imperfect people. We won’t be talking about training for 5Ks or ways to completely cut out certain foods from our diets. We won’t be diagnosing, treating, or curing any diseases or medical conditions. We’ll simply be adding more tools to our overall health and wellness arsenal.

Look – We all take different approaches to our health goals – for example take exercise – some people do strength training or CrossFit, some prefer yoga, and others benefit from short walks.  However – no judgement – there are times when some of us only manage to do Netflix marathons 🤣.

Now for diet – there’s a range of nutritional plans that people follow – Keto, Paleo, low-carb, low calorie, sugar free, vegan diets, etc.   Or some of us just try to eat a little bit of everything in moderation.  However – no judgement – there are some days we find ourselves  on a “seefood” diet – we eat whatever we see. 🤣

Wherever we fall on the spectrum is OK!   Personally – I’m far from the example of perfect health.  I’m not (or will ever be) a fitness buff or health food nut and I’ve come to terms with that.  But I haven’t given up! I’ve been making small simple changes in my everyday life.  With each step, I feel better, have more confidence, and am empowered to take ownership of my health.
